Returns Policy

As a small, manually fulfilled perfume store, we inspect every bottle before it leaves our hands. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items unless there is a genuine quality issue.

Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please reach out to our support contact below before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the process.

Refunds are processed manually and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your original payment method.
